Product Description

 

On the steel plate, coated with organic coating, with rich color, luster and surface effect

of personalization. Organic coating blocks the corrosion factors of corrosion of steel in

the air, prolong the service life of the steel plate.

Color coated steel coil substrate with cold rolled plate, hot dip galvanized substrate,

plating zinc base plate, aluminum plating zinc base plate and other alloy coating

substrates. It is also widely used on the aluminum plate coated with organic coating of

aluminum plate . The substrate of different kinds and quality directly determines the

quality of the color coated steel.

On the basis of different chemicals in the organic coating, the coil quality

and durable years would be different. According to the present commonly

used coating of paint, color steel plate can be divided into ordinary

polyester (PE) (HDP) steel , high resistance to polyester steel, silicon

modified polyester (SMP), steel, poly (vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) steel.
