1 . Corrosion resistance: Under various environmental conditions , GL show

better corrosion resistance than GI in same thickness. its service life is 2 to 6

times than ordinary galvanized steel . Due to Micro cracks deformation parts of

aluminum zinc plating is smaller than hot dip galvanized, so in the molding

area its corrosion resistance is much higher than that of hot dip galvanized.

2 . Heat resistance: Ordinary hot dip galvanized products usually do not use

under the temperature 230 ºC , 250 ºC will change color, but GL plate can under

315 ºC environment for long-term use.

3. Heat reflective: The reflection coefficient of hot galvanized steel sheet is

doubled, can reduce indoor temperature in summer, reduce air conditioning

power consumption.
