Have been rolled in the continuous cold-rolling mill and sent to the continuous hot-dip

galvanizing line wash electrolytically, the strip is first to be annealed in a continuous

annealing furnace and then dipped in the molten zinc pot for hot-dip galvanization. The

product is finally turned out after passivation or skin-pass, stretcher leveling and

appropriate means of treatment. The steel base is galvanized, because the zinc can be

formed a membrane on the surface which has good performance in corroding

environment. It has not only protected the zinc layer but also protected the steel base.

So its service life would be extended greatly. It has been used in architecture, electrical

home appliances, auto mobile, receptacle, traffic, etc .
